Our shipping process is designed to preserve the freshness and quality of every product. All items are carefully packed in sealed, food-grade packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

FREE delivery on all orders above AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a small delivery fee applies based on your location — the exact fee is calculated at checkout.

Our shipping charges are simple, transparent, and designed to give you the best value. No hidden fees — ever.

Delivery fee varies based on:

• Your delivery location (emirate & area)
• Total order weight
• Special handling requirements (if any)

The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Once we receive your order, our team gets to work right away. Here’s what happens:

1. Order Confirmation — You receive an instant confirmation via WhatsApp or Email
2. Preparation & Packing — Your products are freshly packed within 24 hours
3. Dispatch — Your order is handed over to our delivery partner
4. Tracking — You receive tracking details via WhatsApp & Email
5. Delivery — Your order arrives safely at your doorstep

Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking message via WhatsApp and Email with all the details. You can track your order in real-time.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share a photo of the damaged product or package
• We will replace the item free of charge
• Refunds (if applicable) processed within 5–7 business days

At this time, Sheela Foods delivers only within the UAE. We do not currently offer international shipping.
