Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order before dispatch without any charges. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Sheela Foods delivers across all 7 emirates of the UAE. Delivery timelines and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Free delivery on orders above AED 100. Delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.) are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged products upon delivery
• Incorrect items received
• Products with quality issues

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens.

Please consult the product label for ingredient information. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

All products should be stored as directed on the packaging. Consume within the recommended timeframe for best quality.
